1. Services

Online Optimisers provides local SEO, AI ranking, and digital marketing services to business clients. By engaging our services - whether through a paid audit, a retainer agreement, or any other arrangement - you agree to these terms. All services are delivered as described in the service agreement or order confirmation provided at the time of purchase.

2. Payment and Refunds

Audit fees are charged at the time of order. Retainer fees are charged monthly in advance. Audits are non-refundable once work has commenced. If you are unsatisfied with a delivered audit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work to resolve the issue. Retainer agreements may be cancelled with 30 days notice.

3. Limitations of Liability

We do not guarantee specific rankings or results in any search engine or AI system. Rankings and AI citations are influenced by many factors outside our control. We commit to applying best-practice methods and transparent reporting. In all cases, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.
